When school pressure lives in your body

Stress from school doesn't always feel like stress. Sometimes it feels like a stomach that won't settle, or a phone you can't put down at 1am, or being weirdly annoyed by someone you actually like.

That's not you being dramatic. That's a nervous system that's been on for too long.

Three things that help — for real, in under two minutes: unclench your jaw, drop your shoulders, and take one exhale that's twice as long as the inhale. That's it. Do it in the bathroom between classes. Nobody has to know.
